The Azure Advent Calendar is a fantastic idea that was created by Gregor Suttie and Richard Hooper. It gives a chance for all the #AzureFamily members to contribute a video or write a blog post about any Azure topic.
One of the good things about the community power is that you are making new friends all the time! So I was talking to Gregor at ExpertsLive Europe in Prague when he mentioned that he could make some extra slots for the Azure Advent Calendar.
Some weeks later we discussed on Twitter about it and on December 24th, I could post some Azure topic I found comfortable talking about: Azure Resiliency
Just in time and before Christmas, I was able to make a video. This was my first video contribution ever, you can see the technical difficulties I coped with. And the lack of good materials like lighting and such. A lot of improvements can be made and I’m glad I learned some new things from making this video!
Visit my video contribution for Azure Advent Calendar 2019 and learn something new about Azure Resiliency! This year I will be covering topics about:
- High Availability
- Paired Regions
- Availability Sets
- Availability Zones
- Disaster Recovery
